Getting started
INCY is a free client app that GnomeVPN runs through. It has no servers of its own: you paste a link from your account and the app fills up with our servers, your remaining traffic and your renewal date. We picked it because it exists on every platform, including iPhone and TVs, and has been debugged for years.
The honest answer: an app for five platforms means years of maintenance and a constant fight with app stores. INCY has already done that work. We put our effort into servers and speed instead of rewriting what already works. The subscription link stays yours — it works in other compatible clients too.
Yes. Your subscription URL is a standard one, so Hiddify, v2rayNG, Streisand, NekoBox and Clash Meta all read it — the same servers, the same traffic counter, the same renewal date. On the Connect tab, pick your app — the account gives you the link for it and shows where to paste it. We recommend INCY because we have tested it on every platform, but nothing binds you to it.
Yes, as a config — WireGuard is not part of the subscription link. For a router or a WireGuard app, your account's Connect tab makes configs under With a config: pick a country, name the device and download the .conf file or scan the QR code. In the Telegram bot, /wireguard does the same and sends the file straight to the chat. On Windows WireSock Secure Connect works best, on iPhone and Android AmneziaVPN, on macOS, Linux and routers the official WireGuard app. Each config takes one place in your device limit. WireGuard is easy to recognise and works worse than the other protocols on mobile networks: if it will not connect, use INCY.
Three steps: install INCY from your store, copy the link from the Connect tab in your account, paste it into INCY. From there the app pulls the server list and keeps it up to date on its own.
Start with Hysteria2: it is faster and steadier on mobile. VLESS is for networks that block UDP — usually office Wi-Fi, hotels and some corporate networks. The app labels each entry with its protocol. WireGuard is not part of the subscription: simple and fast, but easy to recognise and often unreliable on mobile networks, so we hand it out as a separate config — for a router or a WireGuard app.
Two by default. There is one link per account; a device takes a place the first time its app fetches the subscription. Remove a device you no longer use on the Devices tab of your account or with /devices in the Telegram bot, or add more device places. In INCY, make sure HWID sending is on in the subscription settings: a new device without an HWID is not accepted, because it cannot be told apart from the others.
Yes, on one subscription. It includes 2 devices, and if you need more, add up to 8 places at 100 RUB each — on the Devices tab of your account or with /devices in the Telegram bot. A place is paid once, works while the subscription is active and stays when you renew; it cannot be added on the free day. If someone close should have an account of their own, give them a subscription — you get the code after paying.
Everyday use
The list shows up in the app as soon as you add the link, and refreshes itself whenever we add a node. Switching country is one tap and costs nothing extra.
We set no speed or traffic limits. Real speed depends on your own connection and how far the server is — the nearest one usually gives you close to your full line speed.
Technically the tunnel carries any traffic, torrents included. Download only what is distributed lawfully: what you download stays your responsibility, and on some servers the hosting provider may send us a complaint — then we will ask you to switch location.
Yes. We set no speed or traffic limits, and Hysteria2 holds its speed even on mobile, so high-quality video and calls usually run without noticeable lag. For calls and games pick the nearest country — the ping is lower.
In INCY, yes, with nothing to change. Russian sites go direct, around the VPN: banks, Gosuslugi, marketplaces and everything on .ru, .su and .рф see your usual Russian address. That is the default, and you can change it in your account — the Connect tab, the “With a link” way, the Routing block. Ad blocking is there too. INCY applies the change on its next subscription refresh. Hiddify, v2rayNG, Streisand and other apps have their own “Russia direct” setting for this. A WireGuard config sends all traffic through the VPN.
When something breaks
In order: check in your account that the subscription or the free day is active; refresh the subscription in the app (in INCY, with the refresh button or by pulling down on the server list); try another country or protocol — VLESS if the network blocks UDP. If INCY says the device was not accepted, turn on HWID sending in the subscription settings or remove a device you no longer use on the Devices tab. Still stuck? Write to us with a screenshot.
Usually it is the server — try a neighbouring country. If every country is slow, test your speed without the VPN; sometimes it is the line itself. If it is fast without us and slow with us, write in and we will look at the node.
Open your account, go to the Connect tab and press Rotate link. The old link stops working at once, and every device using an app (INCY or another) is disconnected and removed from the list — add the new link again on each of your devices. WireGuard configs keep working: if one of them may have leaked too, delete it on the Devices tab.
Nothing to move. Install INCY on the new device and paste the same link from your account. If you are done with the old device, remove it on the Devices tab of your account to free its place.
Billing and subscription
One plan — every country, every protocol, no speed limits; only the term differs. 1 month is 200 ₽, 6 months 990 ₽ (165 ₽ a month), 12 months 1690 ₽ (141 ₽ a month). Two devices are included, and you can add seats in your account. Before paying you can take a free day — no card needed for it.
On the site, through YooKassa: by card or any other method the payment page offers. Access starts the moment the payment goes through, and the app picks up the new expiry date.
Yes. If the service is not for you, write to us within 14 days of paying and we will refund the unused period without an interrogation. Planning to delete your account? Request the refund before deleting it.
Auto-renewal turns on when you pay for a subscription while no paid period is running — the first time, for instance, or during the free day: your payment method is saved, and YooKassa says so on the payment page. It also turns on when you add a card in your account. It charges the full price of the plan you paid for last — promo code discounts do not apply to renewals. To turn it off, press Turn off auto-renewal on the Subscription tab of your account, or use the Telegram bot: access stays until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
Yes — one full day of complete access: every country, all protocols, no speed limits. No card, and nothing renews on its own. Start it in your account once your email is confirmed (straight away if you signed in with Telegram); it is given once. A day is enough to install the app and test the speed on your own connection, which is the only honest way to judge a VPN. You can subscribe before the day is over — the paid period starts right after it, so the hours left are not lost. If it still is not right after you subscribe, you can get a refund for the unused period within 14 days.
Yes. Your promo code and personal link are on the “Invite” tab of your account and under “Invite a friend” in the bot. When a friend takes their first subscription with them, you both get days, and the longer the plan, the more: 1 month gives you +7 days and your friend +3 days; 6 months, +15 days and +7 days; 12 months, +30 days and +15 days. The bonus comes once per friend. With a paid subscription running, your days extend it right away; without one, they are added to your next payment.Get your invite link
A promo code is one of three kinds: a friend's code, a campaign code or a gift code. They all go into one field — when you sign up, or in your account on the “Invite” tab under “Have a promo code?”. A friend's code gives bonus days on your first payment. A campaign code gives either a discount on your next payment for any plan (renewals stay at the regular price) or days on your subscription right away. You can also give a subscription: on the “Subscription” tab, under “Give a subscription”, pick a term and pay — you get a code that extends the subscription of whoever enters it. Each gift code works once, and all your gifts and their status are shown right there.
